Liquidity and Withdrawals

One thing to know is that liquidity in Venture Capital works a bit differently than it does
for ETFs or other public equity funds. You will be able to request a withdrawal of your
investment only during set periods, once a quarter (so 4 times a year). It is important to
note quarterly liquidity is not guaranteed and before investing you should consult the specific information in the prospectus. You'll be able to add to your investment at any time. We will always let you know when those liquidity windows are coming.

Unlike many closed-end funds, the Shares are not listed on any securities exchange. The Fund intends to provide liquidity through quarterly offers to repurchase a limited amount of the Fund’s Shares (expected to be 5% of the Fund's Shares outstanding per quarter). There is no guarantee that shareholders will be able to sell their shares. The investment is subject to a lack of liquidity that is generally available in other types of investments.
